WELCOME BACK ADVENTURER!
Oh, how we’ve missed the sweet smell of a lit matchstick, burning candle wax, and all of you of course!
We are thrilled to be back in action and can’t wait to catch up and learn all about the adventures you’ve been having.
Of course, we know we have some explaining to do, and we’ll answer any major questions you may have about where we’ve been.
So let’s jump right into it and start with the big ones.
Where the f**k have you been?
To put it short and sweet, life’s DM has been a real d**k.
While we were busy trying to grow our family, the DM threw obstacle after obstacle at us, and it really kicked our a**es.
As new parents, we struggled with The Sadness for a long time, and while we wanted to continue, it was difficult to keep our small shop running and tend to our lvl. 1 child’s needs while under the duress of The Sadness.
This BBEG crept into our lives, uninvited, and planted itself directly in our path.
The Sadness became an overwhelming force that continuously beat us down. We endured, and time and time again, we forced ourselves out of the hole it punched us into.
Unfortunately, A Few Burnt Hairs was caught in the crossfire and ultimately did not survive the villainous prowess of The Sadness.
We were forced to close up shop.
It was an incredibly difficult decision, and at the time, we felt like it was our only option.
A Few Burnt Hairs lay in shambles, the final embers seemingly dying out in the cold embrace of the ultimate evil. To add insult to injury, what was left of A Few Burnt Hairs was cast into the Shadowfell.
We disappeared into the void, and for a long time, it felt like The Sadness had won.
Through it all, we held onto our beautiful, chubby child and our small family.
Once again, we endured.
Through hardship and loss, we endured.
Like a phoenix that rises from the ashes of its deathbed, we again rise from the ashes of what was once the former grave of A Few Burnt Hairs to fight again.
We’re back! And we will never let The Sadness win!
When will you be relaunching your website?
Our technomancer (Laura) is hard at work making this a reality as we prepare to bring our shop back from the Shadowfell.
Although we don’t have an exact date yet, you can expect to see our shop open back up very soon.
We have our wizards working hard on creating new inventory and have hired some rock gnomes to add a little extra elbow grease and magic to our products.
So expect some really awesome stuff coming out of A Few Burnt Hairs.

What products will you be selling at launch?
We’ve been collecting many resources. Lots of troll toes, mindflayers' mucus, essence of drauger, and other rather rare alchemic components.
Our wizards and rock gnomes are assembling and repackaging our signature magick items to bring you the best products we have to offer.
We will be relaunching our Potion Candle line, accompanied by our Warlock and Cleric Candles, and our Chonk Creature Stickers line. To name a few.
We’re also excited to launch exclusive candles that were previously only available at in-person vendor events.

Will you be shipping to my location?
For this initial site launch, the only realm we will be shipping to is the mainland United States.
There was a bit of an accident involving a certain Tarrasque, and it left our facilities mangled.
We lost some of our most powerful scrolls for casting teleportation that helped us reach farther realms.
It’s a minor setback, but one that must be addressed before we can begin shipping to other planes.
The demented orange tyrant has also made it rather difficult to ship outside of the States.
He hits us with every ridiculous tax he can conjure between his tiny little hands and sends bandits to hit our shipping caravans.
